Founder, Chairperson, Strategic Thinker and CEO of Dias India Group is a multifaceted personality. He has been one of the most popular and trusted professors and mentors of civil services aspirants of India for more than two decades having successfully guided the careers of more than 1000 aspirants, his students having bagged all the top ranks. He teaches Physics optional, parts of Mathematics optional and Indian Polity to Civil Services aspirants. He holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Bombay, an M.Phil from SES, JNU and an LLB degree. He cleared the Civil Services Examination and the Indian Forest Service Examinations many times and took the interviews. Eventually he worked with Telecom Engineering Service for about 20 years specializing in optical fibre communication and took sabbatical/VRS to pursue his passion for academics and teaching.

He is a socially committed person and involved in various community service initiatives since his student days. He has served as the General Secretary of IIT Bombay Students Gymkhana and as the President of Joint Front of RWAs of Dwarka, Delhi for many years. At present he heads Yugpurush Atal Bihari Vajpayee Seva Sansthan focusing on the holistic development of Balrampur Avadh area of Uttar Pradesh. He has authored many books, articles, monologues, and research papers in Physics and Science Policy. His latest book being ”Global trends in Science and Technology“. He has also been honoured with many awards and prizes, including the Vishva Hindi Maharathi Samman of Vishva Hindi Sansthan, Canada in 2018 and the Personality of the year 2021 by Assamese T.V.
